BIOGRAPHY
Danielle is a graduate of University of the West with a Masters in Marriage & Family Therapy. She has been practicing psychotherapy for 4 years. Danielle believes therapy can help you make positive changes by deepening your understanding of what is driving your actions, thoughts, and feelings. Understanding the impact of early attachment experiences on adult relationships, Danielle assists individuals, adolescents, and couples in navigating the complexities of their attachment styles. Through compassionate exploration, she helps clients build secure and fulfilling connections while fostering healthier relationship dynamics.
Danielle utilizes an integrative approach drawing from various evidence-based modalities to tailor treatment plans that best suit her clients’ unique needs. Danielle works with a variety of theoretical orientations including Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). By blending her clinical expertise, genuine empathy, and a non-judgmental approach, Danielle strives to empower her clients to lead fulfilling lives and build meaningful connections.
